Riga City Development Cycling Concept 2015-2030
Riga's Traffic Department developed the cycling development concept created in collaboration with the association "Latvian cyclist association".
The concept is based on three main directions of development:
- Cycling infrastructure;
- Cycling planning and management;
- Cycling promotion and education.
The concept includes an action plan and a possible financial model for the construction of cycling infrastructure for 2016-2018.
