Helsinki introduces its Bicycle Action Plan

At the end of 2020, Helsinki launched its Bicycle Action Plan 2020-2025. In this video, Oskari Kaupinmäki and Henna Hovi from the City of Helsinki introduce its key contents. The Finnish capital is a Handshake "Future Cycling Capital", and Handshake cities gave feedback on the plan.
