Fantastic Cycling in Amsterdam

Amsterdam
Netherlands

International cycling professionals from Handshake's partner the University of Amsterdam's Summer School on Planning the Cycling City present their findings and observations in a dynamic and inspiring setting.

In addition, Saskia Kluit (director of Fietsersbond) and David Gelauff (program manager Amsterdam Bicycle Program) are being interviewed.

This is followed by fifty children from Amsterdam taking part in a design competition in which they elaborate their idea of how they can make cycling more fun and safer for other children in the city.

Pascal van den Noort from our Handshake partner Velo Mondial will also be involved in chairing this event.
